NH3’s automatic freezing / chilling tunnels not only enable a reduction in labour costs but also improve the product presentation and require minimal maintenance.
We use air channelling technology to dramatically reduce cooling times compared to traditional blast freezing.

Ham & Bacon
Ham and bacon is frozen to the precise equalized temperatures for thin slicing, improving the blade life and reducing wastage and break out.

Poultry
Rapid freezing and chilling which keeps the weight loss to a minimum.

Cheese
Post block former rapid cooling and processed cheese cooling.

Fish
Fast freezing produces a small crystal structure improving quality and consistency.

Bread
Cooling: Fast baking cooling reduces weight loss and therefore ingredient usage.
Proving: Shelves are stationary for the majority of the time ensuring good air flow and reducing degassing of the dough.
